Problem

Visitors, vehicles, inventory, patrols, approvals and appointments were all handled manually, so records were slow, scattered and easy to miss during busy shifts.

Result

One app now covers all of it. Guards log visitors and vehicles in a tap, patrols are verified by QR scan, approvals come from the client or department on their phone, and SOS alerts go out instantly. Built for 50+ guards across 3 client sites.
